I’ve found a lot of interesting stuff in this practice’s process! It’s not a easy thing keeping practice everyday in 100 days, but it’s full of feeling of accomplishment! Everyday, I found new stuff, new idea and new discover of inner world. The “Process” is always attractive, you can see what’s going on on everyday’s work, the progress of days is very clear and interesting! It’s a very precious process, because ONLY YOURSELF can feel it, see it and find it!\ .\ For me, finding my abilities, testing my patience and endurance, examining the limit of my soul and spirit, knowing myself better helps me understand this world better.
